Order Time
Truly Tempting aim to deliver you product as soon as we possibly can, but as product are made to order please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. If you require your product sooner please email us so we can see what we can offer in the timescale available.
We are here to please and want to make your day as special as it should be.

Return Policy
Whilst every care is taken when photographing our product range, it is sometimes impossible to achieve an accurate effect.

Therefore when you receive your order, if it is not what you are looking for we will either exchange it, or simply offer you a full money back guarantee. (Please note, this does NOT include postage and packaging costs). All goods must be returned within 10 days of receipt of your order, however special circumstance will be catered for when you have advised us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

If you are outside that time limit, subject to items being returned in mint condition you will be offered a credit note for the value of the goods. This can be redeemed at any time over the following three months, simply by emailing us. When returning goods, it will speed up the process enormously if you remember to include your name/address and order number is essential at all times for queries.

Any items should not have been used or worn. Please send your items back via recorded delivery for your own proof of delivery as the company can not take responsibility for items lost in transit. This postage cost is not reimbursed. Once we receive the goods, we will then allow you to exchange the items for something else. Refunds after 7 days from the date of dispatch are at the discretion of Truly Tempting.

If items are made to order returns will only be allowed one time.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy , sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the service, use of the service, or access to the service. If you wish to sell/resell Truly tempting products you must first contact and obtain permission from Truly Tempting.
